Alternative to the Heras soil pin

The metal plate is used to fix a Heras fence stabiliser onto a paved surface or when the soil pin should not or cannot be driven into the ground. The Heras fence stabiliser is pushed over the Heras fence stabiliser plate. Concrete footings or several plastic fence blocks are placed on top of this to act as ballast. Heras recommends combining the Heras fence stabiliser plate with 1 Heras fence stabiliser, 1 Heras fence clip and 2 construction fence footings. This construction is only suitable for an open Heras fencing line. The distance from the fence to the end of the Heras fence stabiliser is approximately 150 cm.
